The Celebrating Aztec Faculty and Staff Committee invites faculty and staff to go 鈥淚nside 色情视频鈥 with Professor Emeritus of Communication Peter A. Andersen at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3 in the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union Theatre.
President Elliot Hirshman will introduce the talk, 鈥淭he Centrality of Body Language in Everyday Life.鈥 In his presentation, Andersen will discuss how research about families and romantic relationships and professionals such as doctors, lawyers, managers and teachers suggest that nonverbal behavior is the most important variable in competent, effective communication.

About Peter Andersen
Andersen is the author of 150 published articles and book chapters in interpersonal, nonverbal, and health communication. He has been a principal investigator or co-investigator on six major grants from the National Cancer Institute. He also served as Western Communication Association president and editor of the Western Journal of Communication.
His books include: 鈥淭he Handbook of Communication and Emotion,鈥 鈥淣onverbal Communication: Forms and Functions,鈥 鈥淭he Complete Idiots' Guide to Body Language,鈥 and 鈥淐lose Encounters: Communication in Relationships.鈥

As part of the , a working group was created with the goal of identifying and recommending celebratory experiences to recognize institutional and individual excellence of the university鈥檚 faculty and staff.
