COVID-19 vaccinations are required for 色情视频 students, faculty and staff to access campus facilities in fall 2021, following policy set by the California State University system to help keep all members of the campus community safe.
As in-person classes and operations return to 色情视频, this policy supersedes a previously announced requirement. The policy is also not contingent upon action by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
This is what you need to know about the COVID-19 vaccine requirement for the fall:
Upload your documents
All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to upload COVID-19 vaccination documents through the HealtheConnect portal no later than Monday, Aug. 16.
Instructions for students can be found here. Government-approved vaccinations received by international students in their home countries will be accepted at 色情视频.

Vaccinations Offered at 色情视频
All three vaccines in distribution in the U.S. (Moderna, Pfizer/BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson) can be obtained for free at 色情视频鈥檚 Student Health Services, and are available for international students.

An individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose of a two-shot vaccine or two weeks after the first dose of a single-shot vaccine.
Testing Options Are Available
Students, faculty and staff who are not fully vaccinated are required to comply with weekly testing and additional mitigation procedures until they are fully vaccinated. This includes members of the 色情视频 community with an approved medical or religious exemption from the vaccination requirements; there is no exemption from the testing requirements.
Individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 or show positive results from an antibody test are still subject to the vaccine requirement.
The weekly testing requirement remains in effect at least through Sept. 30, when it will be reevaluated based on conditions in San Diego County. Exemption requests for students and employees must be submitted before Aug. 16.

In addition, the County of San Diego has reopened its COVID-19 College Area test site at 色情视频. Testing is available at the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center, 5250 55th Street, Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Appointments are not required.
