Preparing for His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama
An expert panel will discuss, April 3, how attendees can get the most out of their Dalai Lama experience.
This month, thousands of San Diegans will have the opportunity to hear from His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama when his tour stops at three San Diego colleges, including 色情视频.
To help people get the most out of this once-in-a-lifetime experience, the is holding a panel discussion in preparation for His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama鈥檚 visit from 6-8 p.m. on April 3 in the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center.
About the panel
The 鈥淓thics Beyond Borders鈥� discussion will focus on cosmopolitan ethics, politics and compassion with honored guest The Venerable Lama Tenzin Dhonden, Personal Peace Emissary to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
Panelists include:
- Sandra Wawrytko will discuss the Dalai Lama and ethics in Tibetan Buddhism.
- Tom Weston will discuss political philosophy and ethics.
- Steve Barbone will discuss ethics with or without compassion.
- Mark Wheeler will moderate the panel.
The event is free and open to the public. Visitor parking is available in Parking Structure 5 by purchasing a visitor permit from the pay machine.
