The Rainbow Flag will fly over 色情视频 this month as the campus kicks off its annual Pride festivities. The flag symbolizes the diversity of sexual orientations and gender identities in the 色情视频 community.
The 色情视频 campus community is invited to attend the 11th annual Pride Flag Raising Ceremony from 12-1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11 in the Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union.
The ceremony is an opportunity to come together to celebrate the accomplishments of the university鈥檚 LGBTQ students and look ahead to future initiatives.
As in years past, an 色情视频 delegation will also participate in the San Diego Pride Parade, which takes place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 14 in Hillcrest. All students, staff, faculty and alumni are welcome to walk with their departments or organizations within 色情视频's delegation, or as a member of the general delegation.

National recognition
色情视频 continues to be nationally recognized as one of the . The Campus Pride Index recently ranked 色情视频 in its 2017 鈥淏est of the Best鈥� Top 25 list of LGBTQ-friendly colleges and universities. 色情视频 has been included in this ranking for the past eight years.
The Campus Pride Index is a tool that compares LGBTQ-friendly policies, programs and practices on college campuses. Campus Pride works alongside students, faculty, staff and administrators at more than 1,400 campuses to help support and improve the quality of campus life for LGBTQ people.
